What if we need to add more people later?

No problem. Additional sessions can be booked separately and I'll match the background and lighting style so your whole team looks consistent.

We don't have a good space in our office.

I'll work with what you have. Most offices have a wall, a meeting room, or a corridor that works well. I'll assess when I arrive and set up accordingly.

What if someone needs to reschedule?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice at no extra cost. Just drop me an email or reply to your booking confirmation.

When do we pay?

A deposit is taken at the time of booking via our secure payment system. Following the shoot, a watermarked preview gallery is delivered within 48 hours. The remaining balance is invoiced within 24 hours of the shoot, payable within 7 days. Full high-resolution images are released immediately upon payment clearing.

There's no fixed limit. Individual sessions typically run 10–15 minutes per person, so a team of 10 takes around two to three hours including setup. For larger teams (20+), I'd recommend booking a full day.

Colour as standard. If you'd like black and white images in addition, just mention it when booking and I'll include both versions in your delivery.

I send a preparation guide with every booking. Generally: solid colours work best, avoid busy patterns, and dress as you would for an important client meeting. Smart-casual is usually the sweet spot for most firms.

High-resolution JPEGs optimised for web and print, delivered via a private download link. I can also provide specific sizing or formats if you have a particular platform requirement.

Yes — I'm based in Kent and cover the wider South East. Travel outside London may carry a small travel supplement depending on location. Get in touch and I'll confirm before you book.
